Return Policy for MT Concept Company
At MT Concept Company, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, but please note that our return policy is specifically for damaged goods, as certain items, such as matcha (food products) and matcha sets (dishes), cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged product.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Matcha (food products)
- Matcha sets (dishes)
These items are considered unhygienic to return due to their nature. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products under any circumstances.
Other Items
If you have purchased any other products from our store and they are unused and in their original condition, they can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details.
